This will take place in two sessions, the project kick-off and workshops. Salesforce Implementation includes the core elements of the Salesforce implementation. SFS will implement the Salesforce Sales Cloud, and then customize it to your unique requirements. This involves setting up your Salesforce CRM in order to process your Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Sales Opportunity, Sales Processes, and Sales Stages.
Salesforce Sales Cloud provides various tools and functionality that allows automation implementation, as well as validation on records. If included in Client’s Salesforce edition SFS can create efficient workflows for Client’s users.
Salesforce provides powerful tools that can enable you to report on almost any part of the system. SFS recommends creation of at least one dashboard in order to view useful Key Performance Indicator (KPI) metrics.
SFS will adhere to timelines and requirements within our internal project management process. In addition, SFS will test your Salesforce suite throughout the duration of the ‘Salesforce Implementation’ phase in preparation for SFS conducted demonstrations, feedback sessions, and ‘Go-Live’.
